Any dispute between the customer and the health care professionals has to be
resolved amicably. Unresolved disputes raised by the customers may be referred to
the jurisdictional District Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act
2019.
Any dispute between the health care professionals shall be mutually resolved.
Unresolved disputes may be raised before competent civil courts in
Hyderabad/Secunderabad in the State of Telangana where this website is administered
and maintained.
