Dr.Dandamudi Avanindra Kumar
(Founder & Chairman)

MD (Alternative Medicine)

Dr.Dandamudi, is an ex-defence personnel and an accomplished business man having interests in Various businesses which include, though not limited to are Agriculture, Real Estate, Mining and Healthcare providing direct employment to 1500 and indirect employment to 5000 people for the past 50 years.

Born and brought up in farmer’s family in the rural area of Andhra Pradesh. On completion of formal education in the school at his native, chosen career in Indian Air Force to serve the ‘Nation First’, and progressed in the career over 15 years of distinguished service including defending the nation in the war against Pakistan in the year 1971. He earned several accolades during his service tenure by demonstrating Gallantry, commitment to work and dedication to Nation.

Dr. Dandamudi’s entrepreneurial journey began, post defense services with the core philosophy of “business should benefit the community” and chosen Agriculture, Housing, Mining and Healthcare sectors. In Agriculture demonstrated generating incremental economic returns, to fellow farmers by transferring the knowledge of easily adaptable Innovative agricultural practices for high yields (Productivity) and reducing the input costs with mechanization and contributed to their capacity building and improved economic returns. No of farmers benefited with such initiatives are 1.5 Mln.

In the Real Estate – focused on Asset Building to middle income and salaried people by offering house sites at an affordable cost and sold more to more than 2.5 million plots and contributed to building homes later by them.

A life long learner – in addition to the graduation from Indian Air Force Academy, Bangalore, invested time and acquired Masters Degree in Alternative Medicines to serve the community in healthcare and wellness. Passionate in providing healthcare services – invested in Tissue-culture research in medicinal plants to ensure sustainable supply of alternative medicinal products to people in need.

During the Covid-19 period he distributed plant based medicine, with special license from Govt. of India, to prevent the covid to more than 4.0 million people spread across 60 countries. Recognizing the magnitude of services rendered in serving the communities beyond borders, United Nations awarded Dr.Dandamudi, an Honorary Doctorate and Govt. of Madagascar appointed him as an advisor for health care services and offered him Diplomat Visa.

Currently Dr.Dandamudi is an International Director ,Human Rights Commission and an Additional Representative of united Nations of New York.

To deliver quality healthcare services to people from any where, any time at affordable cost, large investments are now made in multi-sided digital platform to provide remote care services as a health partner.

Dr. Dandamudi is an Humanist and Philanthropist embodies the spirit of giving back to society and working with dedication to achieve the goal of: "Health for All – Mission Four Billion."

He is an accomplished Business Executive with over Four Decades of Experience, including 30 years at ITC Ltd in Senior Management and Leadership roles.

His experience was in the Business Verticals of - Agri-Business, Commodity Trading, International Trade, Rural Marketing, Retailing, BFSI and ITeS Sectors.

A Management Consultant with proven track record of Business Transformations and Competitive strategies for sustainable growth for SMEs.

Associated with Confederation of Indian Industry, Total Cost Management Division as a Jury Member for assessing the TCM practises maturity level in the organizations. He Co-authored the TCM Maturity Assessment Framework for SMEs An Alumni of Indian School of Business and successfully completed the Executive Education at Wharton & Kellogg Business Schools in USA.

As a Professional member, he was the recipient of IMA Global Champion Award – 2022. He is a Global Director, Institute of Management Accountants, USA for the Board term 1st July 2022 through 30th June 2025. He is the Member of Global Markets Committee and Chair of Regional Advisory Committee, Indian Region of IMA.

Dr. Sudheer Chowdary holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from M.G.R. Medical University, an MDS in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Implantology from Manipal. He has further refined his expertise with a Fellowship in Implantology from the USA.
